Located at the Paradise Island Straw Market, this exciting culinary hub features local food truck vendors serving authentic Bahamian, Caribbean and Asian fusion cuisines. This popular collective, operated by Tin Ferl (Bahamian slang for “tin foil”), showcases bold, unexpected Bahamian food culture by celebrating the independence and talents of its food truck chefs.

Sunset Point

This casual outdoor café along the water’s edge is the perfect spot to watch a Bahamian sunset and soak in the Nassau Harbor views. The small plates and cocktails menu, prepared with contemporary coastal flair, includes ceviche cru, island watermelon salad, mango cucumber chow, Bahamian snapper skewers, jerk-spiced shrimp, rum cake and handcrafted cocktails.

Sun & Ice

This sumptuous ice cream, gelato and sorbet experience, created by Bahamian chef Wayne Moncur, is based on his childhood memories of Sunday visits to the local ice-cream parlor. Sun & Ice is “farm to table,” with the foundation of the frozen treats being the simple goodness of fresh local milk, cream, egg yolks and pure Sun & Ice

At this classic American chophouse, guests dine on an extensive menu of rich, smoked, seared and grilled flavors, including sautéed shrimp, crab cakes, Ōra King salmon, sweet Bahamian lobster tails, and the highest quality dry-aged prime beef and American Wagyu.
